1. Our company guarantees to promptly respond to customers’ calls, letters, and inquiries, and also responds to customers.
2. If the buyer discovers any defects during the warranty period, he must notify our company in writing as soon as possible.
3. After receiving the call (or written notice) from the user, our company will respond within 1 hour and promptly solve the problems reported by the user (the response speed for international users may be delayed depending on the country where the device is located) .
4. During the warranty period, if after receiving the notice, due to special (or force majeure) reasons, our company is unable to solve the problem for the user within the specified time, the user can repair it locally, but must keep in touch with us. Repairs will be carried out under the guidance of our technical staff, and our company will bear the resulting costs. Outside the warranty period, users can contact our company for repairs and repair the goods themselves. Our company provides related accessories as a paid service.
